To aurat ko equality ka darja aise mila hai ki jaise mard talaq de dete hainwaise aurat v chahe talaq de sakti wo kah sakti hai mujhe ab tumhare sath nahi rahna ..to Jo aurat talaq leti hai usko KHULA kahte hai aur jo mard talaq deta usko TALAQ bolte hain. Matlab islam me majburi agar compatibility nahi ho pa Rahi to mard ki tarah aurat ko v talaq lene ka haq hasil hai.

But husband still not listen then she couldn't slaps him in islam . All other elders family members both side are try to asked him stop all bad thing if he still not stop then wife can take Khula ( which means TALAQ) wife request Khula but not give him talaq directly. Husband can do this talaq directly. Woman is not same like Husband so that's why they have there owned boundaries. I hope you understand.
