    I have 3 chainsaws now...
Stihl 180C = works okay. not too hard to start. the chains get dull very easy.
Echo 590 = impossible to start. its so bad there are YT videos and tutorials on how to start this. the stars must be aligned. A waste of $450.
Greenworks 60v = best chainsaw EVER! I had a huge oak branch of 24" diameter come down on my property and I made quick work of it! I ended up cutting other branches and trees that have fallen, so a full 8 hours of cutting trees... both old oak and new oak and the chain is still sharp. Im so happy I made this purchase!

Fantastic!!! Now that's how you do a promotion. Mine actually arrived today. Do I need a HC battery to get the best out of this or will my 4ah battery suffice?

What a beautiful manipulation, comparison cheap, low power, fuel chainsaw to much more expensive battery one. It wouldn't surprise me if dull chain was used too.

well i can agree with the price. my electric chainsaw is double the price of gas chainsaw's. but it's totally worth it. twice the price but quadruple the benefits and advantages. 60v and 80v aren't jokes. even my 40v are more powerful than my 33c chainsaw. 2 batteries and you could run it whole day.
you'd buy a 200miles per gal $40k car with maintenance every 2 years over 10miles per gal $20k car with maintenance every 6months.

I watched a video where a guy was comparing his Stihl to a Greenworks, and he tossed the greenworks and some of the plastic broke. But he wouldn't toss his expensive Stihl in the same way, despite his notion that the Stihl was beefier and more well built. The truth is.... no ones throwing their chainsaws. Accidental drops do happen, but these mostly plastic saws can still take a beating. My Dads 80v Greenworks is 7 years old and looks worse than the saw in this video (after all the torture) and it still runs great to this day. Although his drive sprocket is about toast. Speaking of which, hey Greenworks, where can I buy a replacement chain drive sprocket for the GCS80450 saw?

Hi, it all depends on your needs and what type of wood you are cutting and how frequently. Here you can compare our different models: greenworkstools.eu/global/en/garden/cutting/chainsaws
