Appreciate that mate! The boots are decent, i much prefer the elite model with laces, but nice to have something different with the boost underneath the ball of the feet.
Laceless boots always leave a little something to be desired for me too.
What are your thoughts?
@@7mlc 100% agree with you, I feel like this would have been much better if it was laced. I’m just happy they added more to the heel on this because the regular laceless was not good. They look absolutely incredible though!

I have two questions, I hope to respond
The first is 21 years old, and I want to become a high level player. Is there still a time. Is my body still flexible?
The second question
I followed the 28 -day physical fitness series and completed it, but I did not improve the reason. Is the reason that I am doing some matches during the series
You’re still young, but if you’re not taking proper care of your body, it will age poorly. You can see evidence of many players playing at the top level until almost 40 (some even beyond) so make sure you’re eating right, doing mobility often and give you’re self the best chance of prolonging your career.
I’m not sure what 28 day program you’ve been doing, but make sure then intensity of your training is high. If you’re training and recovering correctly, you should be improving.
And how do I dribble and with what part of the foot do I do it, please explain to me? 😊

Great one bro as always but have question that i am in a problem will you please help that the problem is am working so hard to go pro i arrived first on the training train before the training after the training and even when no one is watching but performance on the match days are continuosly get down and down .is it mean that over training also harm your performance? Hi Michael,How can I make my 1v1 drills more realistic?Should I put three cone instead of one to replicate the size of the defender?Another really good video.
It can be a little more helpful to make it a slightly better representation of a defender, but ultimately the best way to train one v ones is against an actual defender.

Sweet boots! I like how. It looked like at one point you were going to take a shot with the left foot, but maybe didn't get the best touch on it and then quickly opened your hip and then recovered with the inside of the right foot to the bottom right of the net. Unless it was a quick fake 😆 That is the type if thing a striker needs to be able to do on the pitch without taking too much time. ⚽️ Have a great day Mike!

Micheal ....... can you please tell me active recovery routine so I can do on my recovery days 😋
A light jog, long walk or low intensity bike ride are all good options to get the blood flowing without stressing the muscles. I would also recommend stretching a little longer on your recovery days to help flexibility and mobility.
Making sure you’re eating high protein meals and getting proper sleep is also very important 🤜🤛
going into two years of not playing ball again ( ran D1 track ). some day ill get conditioned enough to enjoy the game again

Mizuno Morelia Neo 4 is my go-to for matches at the moment. I’ve been enjoying the F50 elites with laces though 👌
Is it ok if you could make a video on teaching us how to master our weak foot, I’m having a hard time doing so, with like training drills and tips and stuff and secrets and how to fix it up

Hi michael, do you feel like leather boots overstretch too much? How do they perform in rain? I dont know if to buy Mizuno boots cause everybody talks well about their leather, but im concerned that lockdown and performance will worsen as tjmes goes on
Hi mate, I personally wear Mizunos for matches and haven’t found any issues with the leather overstretching. Mizuno in particular are pretty diligent about the build quality, not only using some of the finest leather available, but reinforce the structure with stitching.
If you’re considering leather boots, Mizuno should be at the top of your list of considerations 👌

Michael do you ever get knee problems and if so how do you treat them, specifically lower knee
For lower knee I would recommend doing some tib raises against a wall daily (search UA-cam for an example of tib raise if you’re not familiar).
Would definitely recommend full range of motion squats with the knees going over the toes, and also backwards walking on a treadmill with the power off, or pulling a weighted sled.

I’d recommend the elite model over the plus. Gives you the adjustability with the laces and overall a more secure fit 👍
i struggle shooting the ball above the ground i used toe pokes and placing the ball. however i can shoot as hard i did back then. what would you suggest me to do improve on shooting
The only way to improve shooting is through repetition mate. How long it takes is impossible to predict, but with consistent practice, you’ll learn the nuances of technique that allow you to increase power and accuracy 🤝

Not sure I would recommend them for wider feet mate. Certainly a narrower boot and snug fit with it being laceless.
