R&D Fridays! - 30w air-assist laser cutting different materials

In today's episode of R&D Fridays we are testing out our new 30w air-assisted cutting laser on a few different materials.
To our surprise we managed to cut through leather, acrylic plastic and even 6mm hardwood marine ply!
The setup we used for testing out our 30w air assisted laser cutter is one of our 65x50cm CNC laser engraver frames, powered by our prototype Nighthawk SCRIBE controller.
All in all it was a great experiment to see just what it can do!
