upgrade to a suite at the atlantis resort

title tells the story,,,we just went to the desk to tell them that the patio door had a serious leak from the ceiling in case they didn't know. we were on honeymoon and we didn't spend much time in the room so we didn't really care. I have a feeling they knew and this suite was open because when we checked in we heard a mom complaining to them about how stuff wasn't working in the room, I am sure she got an upgrade too- but the only thing we noticed wrong was the TV in the bedroom had a double image,,,, again- not something a couple on a honey moon care about, lol.
