Sir ek doubt hai sir ki mere 12 me cbse board me mere chemistry me suppli ayi thi lekin averall subject me pass tha or cbse ke hisab se apko 5 subject me pass hona compulsory hai to aapka result pass hai thikhe to mere result me to pass likha hai lekin vo jo chatte subject me rt agyi . Or vo subject chemistry hai lekin chemistry jo hai vo additional subject ke andr show krrha hai to iske base pe mera admission hogya abhi sir me last year me hu or agr age problem agyi licence registration me to mere 4 saal waste hojayenge . To bss sir yehi puchna hai ki koi dikkat to nhi ayegi licence registration ke time pr please sir reply

same question of me m ye soch rha tha b pharmacy kr k apna licence rent par de du kisi ko aur sath k sath m koi company join kr lu but koi kheta hai kii hum sirf ek kam kr skte hai ya rent par do ya company m job but koi khe rha hai dono kr skte hai ek sath
No you cannot start your own business while working full time on a job but you can start a business with the name of your family member but don't show yourself as an employee of that business.
For example if you want to start a Medical store then Incorporate a firm in the name of a family member and hire a pharmacist and submit his pharmacist registration in Drug License.
