6:05 I think what gives that illusion is that you normally aa + movement + aa again, so when you are in yorick W you dont have that much space to move so basically you are standing still aa it. That way it seems that you are hitting it for ages.

Well if ur like 3M and still in low elo , thats on you tho. Well that's assuming ur low elo. Other than that not even challengers have 100% charm hit rate . So there's no point demanding that of anyone.

And no not all people that are below D3 are garbage LOL, don't know where you got that info. Im trying to get my janna only account to diamond and I don't think its okay to be stuck in a 30 min game playing support for a bunch of clowns who are literally bad on every aspect of the game. Like if ur gold ur gold for a reason. meaning ur just autopiloting every game instead of trying to improve on ur skills. like people are gold for years together and still blame each other like they're better :). that's the thing I hate the most. Thats why I hate low elo . Just bunch of clowns who don't wanna improve but find it easier to put the blame on others so they feel better. majority garbage in low elo . Little to none exceptions.
@3:55 Yes, more than any other role, jungle needs to macro well. Mid would be 2nd on that list imo, just because good mid roams totally change the game in their team's favor. Support would be 3rd on that list because of the vision game and needing to know where to ward when so that your team has vision where they need it, when they need it (so for support macro is important for post-laning phase stuff).
I believe they are talking about game macro, not control macro. Mainly objectives and gank/tp situations. It means you have a sense of all the map and state of the game all the time.

Anytime I see some1 with over 500k mastery on their champ, they're not that good at that champ (because if they were, they wouldn't still be at my MMR).
Except mastery point total doesn't always mean high skill, it means a lot of time dumped into playing that champ. So if they are low to mid elo with a million + mastery points, that could suggest they actually aren't very good.
