    Thanks! Nice to know the differences. I believe Heritage is completely made in the US, whereas Made In isn't. But I do like the handle better on the Made In, as well as having less profile rivets. I'd probably choose the Made In if I were buying.

    Re pan handles: fill the pan with water. Grab a kitchen towel, in your primary hand, drape the tail of the towel over the end of the pan and lift the pan. Is the handle comfortable where it hits your lower arm.? Second, try using the hole in the handle as a spoon stand for a wooden handled spoon. One of those will work well. The other won’t.
