Wow Becca you look fabulous!! I'd love to know your secret, you look amazing!! I simply love each and every one of your designs, not to mention I could listen to your voice all day long!! I want this collection, it's gorgeous!!
Have a few questions. I have S2-302 which was the die directions I looked for. Your assembly video said to cut paper 3” wide which is too wide for S2-302 die. The die seems to be a little over 2”like 2 3/16. My next question is can you make a 5x7 frame or is this only for making squares. Also is there some math or chart that tells the inside of the frame & what the outside frame is. Meaning if I make a 5x5 square, Would I cut a 5x5 piece for the backing piece ? Then would I make it 1” smaller 4x4” for the inside photo or artwork. (1” smaller for 1/2” border frame S2-302. ) Most of Spelbinder dies I have print the size of the die on the packaging this one does not so when I did measure it, do I measure from cut line or do I measure outside of die ? Or inside cut line ? Cut line would be 2 1/8”. Inside cutline is too small my ruler doesnot measure but probably like 2 1/32” .
you can make a rectangle box in the same way, just cut your paper to different size. Here is an example of rectangle box www.spellbindersblog.com/shadowbox-collection-inspiration-scrapbook-shadowboxes-with-kathleen-graumuller/ (there's a video tutorial included). Hope this helps! -Yana
Check out Olga Direktorenko's video on a shadow box using this die set that will fit a dimentional A2 card perfectly. A rectangular box is easily made as long as you have the same length strips of opposite sides.
