We are in the process/plans of moving to Central Florida at the end of the school year,we are currently in Connecticut and are in the process of figuring out to sell or rent our current 🏡, depending on what we decide hopefully it will make an easier affordability for a home this one here would definitely be our dream home 🤞 🙏 🤲 🕍 hopefully we will be talking to you Jared.

All I can say is central Florida is very expensive Example Orlando is the center point all the prices start to drop little by little has you start to look outside other countys I’m not trying to put him down on his knowledge of travel time but he’s off because there is rite now a massive congestion of traffic . I know I drive all over the state but his last minute comments are rite you will live far from places like Whole Foods etc etc . Every area has its hoods stay away from pine hill area

Winter haven is getting congested and it’s a small city!!! I lived there for 2 years and ended up in Lakeland because of work. Getting to I-4 takes about 20 min. Not the best spot to be.
Its because it's so affordable.. Any area once it experiences a burst of growth will take time for the roads/ highways to catchup.. and if you are on a budget and looking to be around Orlando or Tampa this is one of the last best options.
@@jaredjonesontv you are right! Not taking nothing away from Winter Haven. I loved it there despite the Cons. Just be prepared to look elsewhere for work and be okay with long commutes. 😊

Well done video and some interesting information regarding the area that this house is in. A couple of questionsI have is what is the name of the development and the size of the lot? We have looked at so many developments in Florida on the Internet and most of the homes are spaced very close to each other which is a nonstarter for us. We actually prefer a quiet more sparsely populated area.

Fast forward 6 months probably low 400's 🤐 Citrus County = Absolutley no curb appeal, garage, deep doorway and one bedroom window is it for the front. BORING!!! Not even 2000sf, no upgrades mid 300's
