TDS has just re-worked military base in their new Roblox tower defense simulator update which has completely changed the meta of spawner towers in TDS including elf camp, so who is the winner? Well the video explains that, anyways here is a banana 🍌

Elf camp has great value and can be used as a pretty good filler for loadouts wit low placement limit towers
elf camp is alot cheaper than mil base so it is more cost efficient but for late game where cost efficiency doesn't matter too much and total dps is important mil base is better
And then golden crookboss, Necromancer, and Engineer just low diff them
@@smugface3563necro need ability and kills/shots to spawn troops, engi need kills/shots, and gcrook is really hard to get

Also, engi's hard to get. Same for necro. and elf is an event tower so.. the best spawner for the effort is mil base
The elf camp summons stop to attack which may seem not very important, but it allows the, to make the most of their range, not waste hp, and build up stacks of units, like 20 cannoneer elves
Tbh,mil base being reworked make me think that elf camp might get a buff or a rework soon,but being not too old as a Tower,i think it get a buff soon
Tbh is just use elf camp for fun and I use military base for the DPS
I’ll put elf camp at between S, A and B tier the reason why is for solo duo , trio and quad and everyone using it in one match

I think that the elf field is better not only for the cost but also for variety, while there is only one tank in the elf field, there is a lot of variety of troops, each elf with their ability, which in my opinion makes the elf field better.

@@pylotheric9777 Totally agree, after all a Railgun Tank dmg has 50% dmg of a Snowball yet 1500 HP for a Tank is low compare to 800 HP Elf
@@noobnguyen4273buddy railgun tank stats : 1.5K health 24 damage 0.15 firerate 80 splash damage and 170 dps and a placement of 5 , gunner elf has 16 dps and 2 placement limit with 25 health. it is NOT better.

Elf camp has hidden detection on the 2nd upgrade because snow ballers can detect them unlike mili base which only can at max
But milbase can run over hidden instead with the amount of health it has
But skeletons are still stronger than the new military base

The mili base have hidden at 3 n 4 now
I would personally use elf camp over military base, mostly due to it having a much better cost to dps ratio. Another reason why I would use elf camp over military base is that military base feels less consistent for dps than elf camp. The final reason why I think elf camp is better than military base is that elf camp actually has a higher max dps than military base. The dps for military base is about 178, but for elf camp it is about 189. These numbers won't always be exact; however, one elf camp will usually have more dps than one military base. Oh, and elf camp is less than half of the cost of military base, which is quite powerful.
Why are we forgetting the bomb ability the Military base got
It will be more fun if people bring mil base and elf camp
Other things to note:
Tanks can survive stomps from enemies, elfs cannot.
Depending on the map, elfs can stack in one area while mili's are always moving (except slower when shooting)
Mili has hidden detection from level 3+.
ripped elf and gift bombers survive stomps, and EVERY elf has hidden dec
consider the true gamer strategy: elfcamp + militarybase + crookboss, bonus points for necromancer
best Idea is too combine all spawner tower into one loadout. elf camp, mil base, necromancer, crook boss, and farm you got a team that can destroy molten mode.

something that bothers me with youtubers is that the dps graph for towers should be descreit. Yet youtubers will say stuff like the accel had 286.4 dps because they dont know

@@endportex the dps for towers can use a more simple accurate formula rather than percentages (basically instead of adding a decimal to the dps just make it a whole number)

The elfs aren't boring
Ngl, both sucks, due to them being spawner towers, they do fine as extra dps in team play, but using them for main is pain, it's either u r getting overwhelmed and die, or u r progressing super slow
Me and my friend did fallen with only Millbase and a bunch of gladiators at the start the real gun tanks managed to kill fallen king so they serve pretty well as main DPS if you have 10 military bases

@@noobnguyen4273 I'm not sure u can balance it to be good main dps, like even if u make it much stronger, it will still need to take long time to spawn/reach enemies, and towers like shotgun/mini will always have an advantage of attacking right after placing them
@@juiceboxbs9853 That why I suggest Artillery Tank ( Self Propelled Gun ) or Tank Destroyer to the Community but they said it trash compare to B 2 Stealth Bomber ( Ability ). SPG/ TD both have Powerful Shot and Really long range ( SPG longer ) but lacking some advantages which can turn out to balance itself ? ( Yes this is inspired by Missile Truck from Recon base in Tower Blitz, I admit ).

in my personal opinion i give this to mil base, only a bit tho
elf camp is def better for most of the game, and serves as great crowd control especially if you set them to strongest
but military base is just more fun to use and better fore late game
and this is coming from a person who thinks elf camp is the best event tower
I agree, mil base shines during late game but if you can get high level elf camps early then elf supports early game to the point where you don’t need any other towers
