@@randolpho- That's my excuse for my mistake putting WHITE with the egg category first instead of PANTYHOSE. 😆 We used to save the plastic eggs. My friends and I used them while playing dress-up. I will leave it to your imagination for what purpose. 🙂
I've been following you for maybe a month, possibly two months, but it just now occurs to me I have absolutely no idea where you're located. The accent sometimes seems Scots, sometimes possibly Australian, in any event when you didn't recognize the names of PBS shows fairly quickly I assumed there was no possible way you could get them, I was surprised you even seemed to know what PBS was. As for me, I haven't watched actual broadcast TV at all in at least 20 years, but once a couple of categories were picked off I had no trouble recognizing those show titles (assuming "Masterpiece" was short for Masterpiece Theater). I actually have no idea if these shows still exist (and Masterpiece Theater has perhaps shortened its name) or if these are all vintage shows from back in the era when I was still watching.
@@briangonigal3974 I’m Canadian. PBS was on the list of channels we had when I was a kid but we didn’t watch it. Even if we did watch it I doubt we would have watched these programs.
All four of these PBS shows have been running for a long time. They still exist and continue to air new episodes. I watch a lot of PBS shows. They are intelligent and very well made. "Nova" is a great science series that has been airing since 1974. "Masterpiece" features dramas (often from the UK.) They had a big hit a few years ago with "Downton Abbey," which some of you might have heard of, since it was so popular. Another great thing about PBS: no commercials. They are supported by grants and donations.
Although I was fine in Connections, I was ALSO not able to name the blue category, Oranje, which was OK. Again, you have three added names since yesterday that others can see besides you: 1) THE BOOMBOX GUY 2) PRINCE ADAM and 3) ADAM. I will be seeing the recent movie, BEETLEJUICE, within the next week or so with a friend. He said that his daughter liked it. I am also a MOVIE person and I watch plenty of television as well, although not so much the PBS shows. I continue watering my plants EVERYDAY because of our dry/hot weather. Many counties in Ohio have drought conditions. I already had to buy a new hose due to leaks being in it. The rain better come next week.
Exactky the same for Wordle. Annoyingly i knew reunion is a french island but just quickly looked for other islands not other french places. Duh. Would never have got the TV shows.
IMPORTANT!
I realize that chickens don’t have webbed feet.

Randy, good job on the puzzle. Finished it with 1 mistake but didn’t get the green category. Fun to play!

Masterpiece shortened the name at some point to broaden the type of content beyond purely theatrical productions.
