This performance, as a producer, sounds like its the raw vocal from the original recording session with no auto tune. I think she is miming, but miming to a vocal track that she nailed without no auto tune. I mean lets be honest she's singing an up-tempo pop track, full of dancing. Its impossible to sing this type of this song whilst dancing live. I changed my mind about her ability when I heard an actual live set. She can sing, isn't amazing, but I would 100% say she has an ok ish vocal :)
She was probably singing live. Last year on Idol finale Mariah Carey's live performance was edited so she looked like she was lip syncing on live TV. Could be the same scenario with Cheryl. Someone needs to show a live cam of this performance as proof that she really wasn't miming and it was the video editors' fault.

This performance, as a producer, sounds like its the raw vocal from the original recording session with no auto tune. I think she is miming, but miming to a vocal track that she nailed without no auto tune. I mean lets be honest she's singing an up-tempo pop track, full of dancing. Its impossible to sing this type of this song whilst dancing live. I changed my mind about her ability when I heard an actual live set. She can sing, isn't amazing, but I would 100% say she has an ok ish vocal :)

She was probably singing live. Last year on Idol finale Mariah Carey's live performance was edited so she looked like she was lip syncing on live TV. Could be the same scenario with Cheryl. Someone needs to show a live cam of this performance as proof that she really wasn't miming and it was the video editors' fault.

I have seen pink live and she sang note perfect whilst dangling 20 feet in the air, upside down dipped in water and spinning at the speed of light. People who are generally fit and can sing usually pull a live performance off, that's why pink is one I think 3rd highest paid female singer :) and Cheryl is.. well shit lol she is beautiful after getting her eyebrows and teeth done but to me she's not a strong vocalist really
