It was only matter of time before CaseIH went twin rotors to kèep up with rest of big boys. For pure heart CaseIH fan n opertor i hope AF 10 is single rotor with this new design judt keep us old gen happy before moving up to twin rotors AF 11. This would make sense especially running 40ft tram lines although 60ft could work for us AF 11 operating in our fields we need mother bin let lone 2 road trains to keep up with this monster.
Is this a completely new threshing system or did they just use the New Holland threshing system to stay in competition with the X9? Did Case have to let NH use their Quadtrac design for the next NH tractor in order to be able to use a twin rotor?

They are not the same plus they have different programs. Why would NH use what case has?. There is no AFX command program in the NH. that is for CASE ONLY. Thay are similer in what they do but not the ssme. Even case fans like me would tell you that. Its not just a red combine dressed in yellow these are differrnt classes of combines. The new holland is a class 11 like claas and JD X91100 and fendt IDEAL10 while the new Case is class 10 like the john deear X91000 so how can they be the same? They are not. They dont have the same everything other than graintank engine rotors and header and grain auger. They are styled differently to set them apart from each other. They are brothers but not the exact same
Why does Macdon headers outer wheels not ride on the ground while combing, thought they would not them following the ground. What does a radar driven chopper mean?
Radar sensors are checking how the chopped straw is spreading and are automatically adjusting the spreader. Like the "Windflaps" system in the Lexions, but more complex and more input e.g. distribution and not just wind. NH calls it intellispread
No Photos of under the hood? there is plenty of Photos and information available on this combine as it got presented in Yellow on AGRITECHNICA where we were able to to see it up close.. the Only new combine here is is the AF10 that sticks to axial flow roots not this red new holland
No. Its not the same combine but yes new holland has a new smart trax T9 tractor that is sort of the same as the case quadtrack 640. Same cab and engine same track system but thats it
Designed and built by new Holland Zedelgem Belgium. But because case has a better brand name in the US, they Will selle it in the US under the case label.
You guys know NH and Case IH are owned by the same company, right? There IS going to be similarities. On another note, is the another model outside of the AF10? Or did numbers just get mixed up online
Don't remember the X series Deere making a big splash, that would have been Claas and Fendt that released right before Deere and (at least for the Claas) was better machines than the Deere. And the Green people so far haven't been happy with the X series, and if the rumors I'm hearing are true, red guys and the yellow guys will be disappointed as well
X9 is an excellent machine . Claas is okay but complex . Fendt is okay but has design problems and gearbox problems. Caseih new combine hasn't been out long enough to get real world feedback but knowing how good engineering they have I think they will be a good machine. Best simplest combines imo are Gleaners but they only go to class 8 at current time.
@@robertgoetz2678 the rotors the cabs the styling the mechanical drives so all that is the same is the engine graintank and choppers. The case AF11 is only a bit shorter at the back in length due to the difference of the rotors because they dont use new holland rotors which are abit longer so the back end is a very little bit longer. Look at the fendt ideal combine harvesters as they have the same cab as challenger combines fendt forage harvesters and gleaner combine harvesters. They all use MF cabs but case and new holland havnt gone the same way. The company wants to separate how the NH and case cabs look and its the same with the styling and rotors. Have a look for yourself. Simples
Seems like it would be more effective to make a machine that would have a faster ground speed instead of a massive header to achieve greater production.

IH designed the twin rotor and decided not to use it is what I have heard and when the engineer left he took the design to New Holland. It doesn't matter it's red and I hope they take a chunk out of the green junk.
This will end someday when we can’t afford it or all farms will be corporate owned. Impressive machine though. Just don’t chip the paint……it’s yellow below. Red New Holland.

NH and CASE are on the money with thear styling and they look so FUTURISTIC compared to an ideal or x9 even class dousnt do it like thry used to so bow down to the yellow and red risen kings

None of you can run with a Lexion in corn and the new ones have been improved that you are going have trouble keeping up with Lexions in wheat and soybeans too. It's bad enough that the second gen 700 series was already beating you but now the 7000/8000 series is here.

This thing is so far removed from any other RED painted machine before it they may as well not even mention AXIAL FLOW in the model name. What a joke. Incredibly lazy on case IH to just have a red New Holland CR combine. Review and update the current single rotor axial flow? No just take the lazy way and charge way too much money. I’m old enough to remember a JD block man say they would never switch from two lung’er engines in their tractors. They’ve been playing follow the leader for ages.
