- This was the cook for my wife's 50th birthday. It started at 730 am on 6/27 and ended around 430 pm on 6/28. I cooked everything from seafood, beef, lamb, pork and poultry. My body hates me right now but it was well worth it. All Praise be to God Almighty for getting me through it.
Looks great. Thank you for the great effort, smoking is not as easy as it looks. It take time and dedication.
@MiguelAlvarez-dh7kf Thank You. I appreciate it very much. I love cooking outside no matter if it's grilling, smoking or camp fire cooking. It just gives me some happiness. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Very nice cook. Everything looked amazing. I don’t think I could juggle all those different cooks and start times on multiple cookers. Impressive. Keep up the good work and stay blessed.
It was an awesome cook. I have quiet a bit of experience with running multiple cookers. Everything came out great and I look forward to the next one. Thanks for watching and commenting and I apologize for not responding sooner.
GM brother forgot to tell you your smoker will hold 8 slabs if you turn them horizontal they are looking amazing Angus gets it done for sure
Thanks for watching and commenting. If I use the vertical section I can cook close to 15 racks at a time. Due to the firebox throat the only way to cook a lot in the main chamber for me is to put my tuning plates in. If I do it without them in the ones closer to the firebox would potentially burn.
wow nice mane
I appreciate it. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Love lamb. We take it to almost 200 for pulled lamb gyros. Ignore the mustard comments it adds NOTING to the cook. I will say Bougie New Zealand Lamb & Game BBQ Rub works very well with lamb. Love crappie as well
Yep that's what I did and shredded it for tacos. Thanks for watching and commenting.
No sound
Wrap it in Butcher paper...keeps it crispy
Yeah I have in the past but I was trying a new method since it was all be shredded and chopped for tacos. Thanks for watching and commenting.
