We love the Post Party. I like being able to get a spot in the hub grass earlier, watch the show and then have our desserts while the crowds leave the park. They used to have way more options on the buffet. They had the cheeseburger spring rolls and the toffee cake from Liberty Tree in the past. Now it is harder to justify the price, but with my crowd anxiety…we do it every other year or so.
We loved seats and sweets, $129, excellent uninterrupted view, endless alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, plenty of savoury snacks too, would highly recommend over pre and post - a completely elevated experience 🎉
A couple years ago when we did our 1st dessert party they served cheeseburger spring rolls! That alone was worth it. Hate they are not included anymore
I think based on this i will splurge on seats and sweets. We are considering braving MK on a Saturday evening in September to see the normal fireworks and i feel this may be the least stressful way to enjoy it on such a busy day. Thanks for taking us along!
We did a fireworks dessert party for our January trip. For us, we didn't think a dessert party was worth it. But I know lots of folks who love it and think it is worth it!
The selfie stick rule was not removed but it has become "common knowledge" not to use them on rides so it is a bit more relaxed of a rule. They were only ever "banned" to reduce strain on rides CMs having to deal with. I actually got asked to not extend my tiny GoPro stick in the lazy river at blizzard beach last year, so it is still a rule but a bit more relaxed.
I love all the little details at Disney 😀 if you look up to the window above where I was sitting it advertises vocal lessons and as you could hear in the vlog you can hear vocal warm ups coming from there 😂 often those little details get missed
Maybe worth it for a drinker? As alcohol is expensive and there aren’t many places to drink in the magic kingdom. I’m guessing maybe as a treat as a couple of something. I’ve never done it.
Love seats and sweets. Being able to sit, have a drink and watch the fireworks after a long park day is lovely!
Brilliant blog as always. Love the vocalists doing a vocal warmup in the background
Hi Victoria. Thanks for a great vlog. I found it very helpful in deciding whether to do the Dessert Party for a special occasion next year.

Literally just spit water all over my workstation when you said 'butter' in an American accent😅😅

Is there a difference to where they place you for the seats and sweets? X

Ah ok, that makes sense
The singing in the background at the end was so random 😂😂

Yes I definitely think you could get more value from it with the alcohol which is usually very expensive in the parks
Great video Victoria
Thank you 😊
Great flog ❤
