I'm 64 years old. I grew up in a two-parent family. I wasn't perfect then and I'm not perfect now. My father was a career military man and when living on military bases the parents were held legally responsible for their children's actions regardless of their age. Me and my brother and sister grew up with this understanding and I don't have to tell you, as dependent children we never got into trouble with the law, never got kicked out of school or anything like that. And it was not because of the understanding we got from society, but the understanding we got from our parents, (God rest their souls).
