Great explanation of how the iron swing differs from the wood swing. I like the reference to “the wall”.
Great Video. I hit the ball well. My bad shots are real bad. My driver I will sometimes block right or even hit the ball with the bottom of the club.
Probably too much tilt and not enough turn (you are too far away from the wall at impact)

Great stuff! I was skeptical of your video title, but you were spot on.
In my case, I was struggling because I was trying to hit my long irons more like woods. When I started hitting my 4i like my wedges, shoulder to the wall, everything improved dramatically.

I hit my driver well when I take the club head back further than my irons and I address the ball toe up with driver. I hit my irons well and dead on the green because I utilize a more compact swing(tend to have more control) and have enough power.

Thank you, Jonathan! I have been having trouble getting a negative attack angle on Trackman when I hit my irons. I’ll take face on video to see where my shoulder is in relation to the wall. Is there anything else I should do to obtain a negative attack angle?
Maybe check your ball position?
