Especially the dining room, with two tables, one for the adults, and the other one for the children, plus the master bedroom suite with the large closets, bathroom, shower! And the adjacent lounge area. However I would not like to live in Arizona because of dry environment!

I wonder what kind of income you need to make to live a life like that? Not questioning in judgement because I now know extreme money is not bad - which initially I was kind of conditioned to believe or came to believe. But that's only when you hang around in low vibration.
Developers need to start making "her" offices in homes. I'm a bit surprised with this one since the developer is a woman. There are plenty of female entrepreneurs to cater to.
I think it simply all depends on taste. I'm a woman, and personally absolutely loved it. I felt that all the detailing in the woodwork did it for me. I do understand what you're saying though about how most offices do have a darker feel, and there are a lot of people out there who would prefer a lighter workspace.
