Ph team play styles are aiming for perfection to the point that most players say during interviews that they need to "improve" even tho they have performed their plays perfectly. I mean c'mon perfecting that is already perfect is what made ph very far bcoz that's their standard of lvl plays

Main issue is..when an indo teams/players given a spotlight tendency is they become arrogant and complacent..they dont improve in international tournament.. maybe in their head they can beat every team because they are indo team..this is a wake up call to indi players to never stop learning improve your skills and always be humble...
Honestly, that's why most of my country's national athletes are barely improving and make it to the world-level because of the motivation is not the same as those athletes who are competing on a world tournament.

so the main problem of indo is not onic but the other teams cant reach onic's level so in short there's no competition happening in indo thats why onic is a 4-peat champion look at MPL PH now they are so balanced the competitiveness of MPLPH is way² better than M-series and MSC

Yeah Omega was 7th place last season now look at them dominating regular season. To be fair they didn't use their current roster until they were at the brink of getting eliminated but still from 7th place to basically outperforming FCAP and TLPH. Same for Aurora which is a team that debuted this season (basically Blacklist international with Demonkite, Domeng and Benthings). MPL ID though? They have Onic and... that's it. But Geek, BTR, RRQ and TLID are looking good right now so maybe they can dethrone Onic once and for all

when you become a pro player in indo, you will become complacent, in other region, if you dont play there is no money, in indo once you reach a certain popularity, your streaming income and engagement will be higher then your salary, so motivation differs, a great example is dlar, he earned more being benched in indo then pro playing in ph.
That's more of an org problem then. Why not kick/bench players who are too focused on clout instead of actually competing.
Also, that streaming/fame thing is applicable everywhere not just indo lmao. Flaptzy and karltzy are one of many examples and guess what? Their performance is still up to par.

I think the better solution was, prepare for other regions, but give extra attention to PH region, besides PH is still the strongest region. SRG was given a gift during MSC as it is proven in SPS that if they ever met TLPH they may not be in Grand Finals of MSC and now they are already decoded even by FCAP.

RRQ really messed up when they let go of Coach Arcadia. His wisdom and insights are top-notch. RRQ management should stop listening to their fans for once and focus on the team they have built. Yes, you might struggle for one or two seasons and lose some fans, but once you build synergy among the team members, you'll win tournaments and regain their support. Just trust the process.

RRQ was the only team that defeated Onic ID in the Playoffs from S10 to S12. They even kicked Onic out of M4, and that was when Arcadia was still with them. lol. Big mistake RRQ, very bad decision.

Unpopular Opinion: Onic did not improve. They still have the same level and style since winning MSC 2023, everyone figure it out after Bren defeated them.. While Evos was just lucky that Every team they fought in the playoffs choking and gave Chip which is broken plus Audience cheering their full indo Line up.

In these last 3 weeks, a lot of teams have been performing quite well. The Top 3 are now BTR, RRQ and ONIC. ONIC even lost against RRQ and GEEKFAM. But idk if this means other team are improving, or just ONIC underperforming. Meanwhile EVOS took a dive and is now at the bottom. They sure like the rabbit hole, huh...

Coach arc and rafflesia is the main reason why i love sunsparks to liquid ph.
I was so pissed that they let go for coach tictac. coach arc is innovative but he need a total support to the management for him to shine.

The problem of INDO teams are their pride and fans. They had actually had the best coachs and players but they choice to listen to the fans. Why they are not focusing on their players, trust the process and make some scout or make an study on how their team perform to surpass ONIC ID.
the issue with indo orgs is they don't trust the process, no team in any sport came out champion immediately. the wins, the losses - everything is a learning experience . but the org's ceo, managers and coaches wants instant boom to the point of ruining players careers. and the tunnel vision is real in indo.
