V is for sure an old soul. He loves jazz and old school singers. Very much a guy from a different era. So his solos are always interesting. Also love that he has a buttery baritone voice. He also loves studying facial expressions and just practicing performance in any way. He grew up on a farm with his grandparents so I think that really molded his view in art.
V has a well-known love for jazz and blues, and the vast majority of his solo tracks over the years have reflected that love. He also has that unique, low, smoky tone that suits the style, and he leans into that.This is the first track released for his upcoming solo album (coming out next month), so there will be more to come from him in the near future!

I'm so hooked on BTS and I'm 76 years old. Their music, their choreography, their wardrobes, their videos, EVERYTHING about them pierces my soul deeply. I've been a critic of the takeover of technology in music, but I've completely turned around and even trying to better understand Rap. I appreciate your assessments. Keep it up. Their biographies and brotherhood are fascinating too. They have incredible destinies so I love to see all the videos and follow their development into the future.

Once first to hear the music and see the performance and a second time to read the lyrics. I know I can’t take it all in at once. I like to listen to the music first. I think you hit the nail on the head with your observation. This song could be (and might have been) played on repeat for hours. Infinitely listenable. V has this amazing versatile voice, amazing highs and lows. He can Janis Joplin or he can Tony Bennet, and even pull out a Bing Crosby. He LOVES ‘V’intage everything. If you like old school jazz even just a little, V just released a MV last month of him singing "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" and even better "Cheek to Cheek" (the old classic by Astaire and later Ella/Louie and Bing did a version too). This genre is not what I listen to really, but V does a masterful, masterful performance of this song! I dare say he does the best rendition when you consider his voice, the speed of the song and the arrangement (and he has a female singer duet with him on it!). I listened to all the versions by the old greats and V stands out FOR SURE! Check it out!
V is a member who loves a lot of JAZZ music. He is so into jazz. He has done lives of two jazz songs recently. And the title of that is “le jazz de V” you might want to check that out. And listen to SEVEN by Jungkook too. I also recommend LOUDER THAN BOMBS by BTS. And HOUSE OF CARDS by BTS.

I like Stay Alive better as a whole. The production is actually pretty cool because if you listen closely enough the verses (i believe) actually aren’t same in the production (or maybe it is the chorus-I know the chorus usually are the same)…idk where exactly in the song but another reactor in while back figured it out out! Also I very much like the lyrics. Seven I like the production and composition but not a fan of the lyrics. 🤷♀️

Hi Old Mary/Silver Atmy here,they are the most amazing human beings as well as AWESOME TRUE MUSICIANS that Army's worldwide will love FOREVER,when they came to the U.S.it was to sold out stadiums,they are making thier own way without paying into any payola of the US system so they get pounded with numbers taken away from them on all platforms and no radio play because they won't play thier game,otherwise they would truly dominate Bullyboards have had to keep changing their criteria for charting because we truly buy thier music and stream it all the time so now they helped start HYBE America, the Asian community of our country have never been appre iated now it's time,thru BTS I feel they are finally being respected for the contributions they have made to the American melting pot of music it has been too long in coming,as a person of color Hispanic who listens to all music our country the U.S.has needed to show our diversity thru music is here and alive but not accepted by all especially the American record labels who shove people down our throats that no one listens to but then wonder why no one listens to radio anymore sorry for the long rant but as a almost 69 yr old woman not since the 80's has music really showed a broad range on the charts or radio I feel it's sad,even streaming is a rigged system as well it's payola to and not any money to the artists trying yo just make it,we wear our PURPLE hearts proudly for the persecution that BTS and Army have had to persevere thru these 10 yrs together but we all had each other knowing we picked the best group ever,they won 3 American music awards last year and gave a great performance of thier hit song butter🇺🇲💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
If you like old school jazz even just a little, V just released a MV last month of him singing "It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas" and even better "Cheek to Cheek" (the old classic by Astaire and later Ella/Louie and Bing did a version too). This genre is not what I listen to really, but V does a masterful, masterful performance of this song! I dare say he does the best rendition when you consider his voice, the speed of the song and the arrangement (and he has a female singer duet with him on it!). I listened to all the versions by the old greats and V stands out FOR SURE! Check it out!

I like Stay Alive better as a whole. The production is actually pretty cool because if you listen closely enough the verses (i believe) actually aren’t same in the production (or maybe it is the chorus-I know the chorus usually are the same)…idk where exactly in the song but another reactor in while back figured it out out! Also I very much like the lyrics.

You knew my incredible bias. V is something different and special. He is unique in all kpop industry. I really like about BTS is that each member has different vibe and style. The word "boring" don't exist in Army vocabulary. They always brings something different on table.
