The stair jump seems great, but was curious if you had any other workouts that could help increase elasticity and explosion for 1) flip turns, 2) backstroke starts 3) regular starts 4) underwater kicks Awesome content! thanks

Is this simply a case of a. knee valgus and should be avoided by getting stronger, b. a strategy (compensation or effective technique?) to recruit more glutes over quads and/or an attempt to use more stretch reflex with adductors/glutes c. actually proper lifting technique that conflicts with "accepted wisdom of always having the knees out d. other... What are your opinions of people saying that you shouldn’t use the gym and train your facia instead? I play soccer so it’s pretty big over here the idea of training facia I’ve heard online that it can fix injury’s and make you more athletic. What’s are your opinions
