It also wasn't "unsolicited", the prosecutor asked the witness to read aloud the caption of his Instagram post, and specifically directed him to read aloud the next hashtag, which should have been redacted from the hardcopy of the exhibit that she had handed to him (and which *was* redacted from the version that she was showing on-screen to the jury). She actively solicited that testimony from this lay witness. How difficult is it to print off a redacted version of an exhibit, so as to avoid a potential issue that you have already been warned about twice?
