Hello, my motor was previously automated and working fine but not anymore. When I try to program as per your instruction, it closes the gate but doesn’t open and close as it should to fully program. With The remote too it only closes but doesn’t open. Will it work if I reset the motor completely? How do I do this?
Could you advise me what happened? Suddenly the light stopped working, the light bulb stopped working (but the other lights are on) and the engine doesn't work. It doesn't respond to the remote control or the start button. What should I do? Should I do a hard reset? How can I do it? thank you
