What a nice poster in the background on wines from Crimea! ("5 качеств вин кавказско-крымского товарищества Генженцевых", 1927). At that time, Crimea was also conquered by Russia. You must be a very sentimental man ;)

Thank you so much for such a great explanation, can you please help to answer a few queries?
    1. Do we need to create 'Log Router Sink' and 'Log Router Storage' in 'Monitoring projects' to be able to forward the logs to the 'Scoping project' at the centralized place?
    2. Can we forward logs from the 'scoping project' to a third-party integration service?
    3. Will that third-party integration have live streaming of logs in an external tool like Datadog?
    4. Once we have aggregated logs in a 'Scoping project' or a centralized place, do we need to create a 'Log Router Sink' and 'Log Router Storage' for the bunch of projects together in this 'Scoping project' to be able to forward it to Third-party integration tools like 'Datadog'

Is metric scope same as monitoring workspaces (not Google workspace) that was there earlier?

I’d say yes. They are suspiciously similar.

Yes, that's correct. There are some changes, namely that a project can be monitored by multiple scopes, whereas that was not the case with Workspaces (or Stackdriver accounts before that).
