Hi I got mine today and it wasn’t already on and in the pairing mode. How do I switch it on in that case ?
You just have to charge it for a few minutes and it will turn ON automatically,
because the battery drains after it sits for some time.

Hello Sir, is there any option to see only the step count in bigger font size.. I am a senior citizen, i want to see only step counting....while i am walking. .. i can not see the small fonts without spectacles while walking
Unfortunately there is no way to increase font size, and steps will always be shown in smaller font than time.
In the Mi fit app... Go to the option called "store" and you have a number of fonts to choose from

Sir is their any issue with charging dock , i am hearing this issue that the capsule does not fit in dock and comes out . Waiting for your response.
No there is no such issue, I used mi band 4 for a year and never faced such issue.
Is there any problem in charging dock/case...because i heard from many people and saw many reviews that the capsule doesnt fit in the charging dock properly because of its faulty design by MI and it can fall off if u keep it hanging to the charger..... waiting for the reply....
There is no such issue, it is fake news.
I charge my Mi band 4 on the adaptor i got with my phone and it is always hanging from the wall when charging.

You have to pair in order to use it. It will not work without pairing.

Bhai main 5 months se use kar raha hu lekin mujhe kabhi nahi laga ki strap dheela ho raha hai, bas strap nikalte time jyada kheech ke mat nikalna to sab sahi rahega.

Iska setup karne ke liye phone connect karna hi padega, badme use karte time connect nahi raha to bhi chalta hai, bas jabbhi band ki jankari phone main dekhni ho tab firse connect karna padega(ye check karne ke liye connect wali process asan hoti hai, bas App main connect option par click karna hota hai)

Allow Mi fit app to work in background, Mi band usually disconnects when mi fit app closes.

It is still working fine, battery lasts for almost 2 weeks and I have had no problems with it so far.

The band shows incoming call sign and starts vibrating when you get a call, you can cut calls from the band but to answer calls you have to use your phone.
