    Hi sir.. This is the first time i am watching ur video. . I love ur way of cooking and teaching. Its Excellent. Thanks for shring this recipe with us. Thank u very much sir. Actually i am living in singapore. I saw this phoolmakhana in many stores. But i dont know how to make a recipe with this makhana. But today i knew. I saw ur malai Kofta recipe also and i impressed a lot with that. Surely i will try one day and Inform to u how it will comes.. Thank u once again....

    Dear Chef. I love your videos. Thanks for taking the effort. My grandmother would feed me makhanas when i was little. But i dont remember what she would do to make the dish. I never knew makhanas are lotus seeds! Plz can you show us more recipes with makhanas, lotus stem etc. As you yourself pointed out that Lotus dishes are more in north India, Please show us those recipes too. Thanks a lot!

    Dear Harpalji..
    great recipe. I have always seen this lotus seed in indian stores and i didnt have any idea what to do with this. after watching your video yesterday I brought a packet of this and tried this recipe. OH MY GOD!! That was awsome!! My husband liked it. when i called my mom in india i told her abt this and she wanted to try this. Luckly my husband is going to India today so I've packed my mom a packet of this also.. so that she can also try this recipe..

      You can milk at the end, but do not overcook it. Else, it will split.

    Please post more videos of other types of kheer desserts with different flavorings such as saffron, dried fruits, and even with suji (samolina). I hope I don't stupid, but its sometimes difficult to get the perfect consistency for making a wonderful kheer dessert for my guests and family. So, please do post some videos on kheer. Thank you very much for this recipe, I will definitely serve it to my guests!

    phoolmakhana is not lotus seeds.. this is a flower called prickly water lilly... in north east this is very common aquatic plant

    Sir makhana is not lotus seeds it's a complete different superfood grown in fee districts of bihar

    Sir, Phool Makhana is very different from lotus seeds. Makhana comes from a different plant.
