I think because it's a fleshly lust, we can flee from it by seeking God's presence, i remember this verse when paul says to be present with The Lord is to be absent from the body, i think that either means dying, or saying no to the lusts of the flesh that is currently urging you, then seek the presence of God through prayer, or walk in the spirit.
