I think the best way to take a shower is to stand up, that way you're clean cause the water run off of you and take off the dirt, but there're some old people who can't stand up and take a shower, they sit down and take it. Bending forward to clean up your feet in a very narrow shower isn't a good idea ( esp. elder ) . So sitting down is a solution . Only reason I can picture it .😅🙏
