Perhaps you have a good friend or family member in America that you can do a drop ship to? I did that with a friend in Puerto Rico. An item she wanted would not deliver to Puerto Rico at all. She paid for it and shipped it to my house in the US, and then just paid me the additional shipping from the US to Puerto Rico shipping ($20usd or so), and I dropped it off in the mail cuz we are friends (and I have a bad case of Stick-it-to-the-man-niosis 😆).
