I also try to distract myself whenever I feel anxiety... Recently got myself into sketching...I try to sketch atleast for few minutes daily...Its not that my drawing is good...bt it kind of makes my mind look at positive aspects of life...If I am really upset then I give alittle more time to draw... otherwise just few minutes daily.

If I can suggest please, I was going through extreme anxiety last year. Spritual and some form of exercise heals you. distraction will only heal temporarily
