Gorom masala sobar last e dite hoy
One request - can you share the details of the Recipe in the Description as well? (Something like this)
Heat 1/4 cup mustard oil in medium flame
Add
1 Bay leaf
2 inch cinnamon
4 green cardamom
8 cloves
Add 1/4 teaspoon sugar
250 sms sliced onion
Fry for 5-6 mins till brown
now add 2 teaspoon Garlic paste fry for a min (so the raw smell goes)
now add 2 teaspoon ginger paste for a min
2 table spoon curd (hung if possible)
Mix well - cook for 2 - 3 mins
now add
1/4 teaspoon haldi
1/2 teaspoon chilli
1/2 teaspoon Jeera
1/2 teaspoon Dhaniya
Salt to taste
cook for 2-3 mins
add 1/4 teaspoon sugar
mix well
Add Liver
Cook for 2-3 mins (Kash-o the liver)
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder ( primarily for colour)
Cook 2-3 mins
2 potatoes cut in the same size as the liver
Cook for 2-3 mins
Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon garam masala power
mix well
Add 500ml water (ideally warm/boiled water while adding)
Cook for 20-25 mins on Med flame
Check from time to time to ensure the liver is cooked - can add water if necessary
When nearly done
add 1 table spoon ghee
Mix well
Reduce to pasty consistency.

What about the smell of liver...you didn't do anything abt that. Marination and washing with gorom jol is a must to get rid of that unwanted smell.
What do you marinate the liver with?
Do we need to saute the mete prior to putting in gravy? Otherwise it spells bad.
No need.. just follow the recipe nd try it once
