True Displacement (Blender 2.79)

  • All info is in the description!
    These are all made using the true displacement (technically "Both") option and the adaptive subdivision surface modifier experimental features. All the "spheres" are actually just cubes! All the displacement was done using layered noise and the warping was done by animating some of the noise position offset values.

    Oh I thought there'd be some guide here I cannot find the true displacement setting after I connect something to the displacement node
