Estes Rocket Shopping, Arby's, & RC Day With Clark

- Clark had the day off of school for Columbus Day so we make the most of it by going to Hobby Lobby for more Estes Rockets, snagging some Arby's for lunch using a gift card we had, and then we go to the park to launch a rocket and test out a new RC truck.

I smell cold to. Today's high is 45° but I still have my flip flops on. Speed shopping is how I do grocery shopping, too. Iam currently in my towns hobby lobby and our store was a Kmart, too. I am multi tasking ,listening to this and shopping for Thanksgiving dinner and dollhouse shutters.

@@GregsWorld I love 1:12 scale.my dollhouse is being made from scratch. It's going to be my childhood home and late 70s early 80s design.
The vintage Arby's sign!! The Holy Grail of fast food signs!! When my son was four, Arby's was transitioning to a new sign design, so he designated them as Old Fashioned Arby's and Brand New Arby's...just a fun memory. Awesome that some of the vintage early signage still exists in commerce and not rusting in a landfill or old barn. What a great Columbus Day!! You two really do make the most of every opportunity and pack so much fun into a day. The joy the Clark has just Being with dad :) He will always remember this time spent together with you Greg. Keep feeding his curiosity and allowing him to be Clark. I hope that tomorrow is another exciting day!! Take care guys!!

What a fun filled day you fellas had. Tasty Arby's and shooting off rockets. A guy couldn't ask for a better day. If you have one of those tackle box trays emptied from your lego parts. You could always turn one of them into your Estes rocket supply kit. Awesome video fellas! 👍 👍

Dude I used to fly Esties. We had fun.. i used to collect heavy tubing and by balsa wood and made my own! Total blast..! No pun intend
They sold all nose cone sizes at out hobby shop!
Hobby lobby is my go to place for all things car decor and diecast. Which is my favorite hobby.

@@GregsWorld yea. I mostly get all of my NASCAR diecast on line. But for like diecast kits and display high quality diecast. That’s the place to go
I have been looking for a spot to get dicasts and sets finally I know where to go.😂
The nose cone can be taped where it inserts to the main body.. just snug to hold it in place during flight
I ended up putting a new rubber band in to replace the brittle one that was in there. Hopefully we shouldn't have to go cone hunting anymore lol
