Hey everyone welcome back to another video. Today I am super excited were taking a look at an all new floorplan for the Entegra Odyssey Line Up. This is the 2021 Entegra Odyssey 27u. Now I know what you must be saying. Your probably saying that youve seen this floorplan before. And you have, They make this floorplan in the Entegra Esteem and its been so popular that you can now get it in the cheaper Odyssey AND now get it with the farm house interior!

The house hookups. I love how Entegra placed them in an enclosed compartment.

Thank you for actually showing the TV angle. Andrea - way to go. I know many don't watch TV, but some of us do and this RV does not get PTP (Prime TV Placement). :). Like the interior colors.
We like the floor plan, just was disappointed with TV location. The exterior twist door locks could use some upgrading.. we like the chairs that swivel and sleeping capacity. Thank you Matt and Andrea.
I wish all class c units had swivel seats and I wish more were prepped for at least a combo washer/dryer.

I think I'd buy this beauty but I don't think hubby would agree. It's hard for couples to agree on things.
Likes: farmhouse style, colours and atmosphere, love cabinets in bedroom especially, like the weight capacity in the bunk, like the convection microwave to be a bit bigger but it's good enough, like the shower wet bay, like the extra rod in the shower to hang wet bathing suits and towels after swimming, like the swivel seats, love that it has a pantry! Love all the windows in bedroom by bed for night breeze,. Love that the passenger seat reclines. Like the sofa turns into a bed or you can lie down to watch tv,. Surprised it has everything I need for my family and can still be under 30 feet for parks. I live in Canada but want to travel when I feel better and Covid eases. I like all the cameras for safety. I hope one day they all have brake assist or collision warning or lane keeping and blind spot assist. We love Fords and their safety features, and love apple car play.
Dislikes:
The folding bed. I really think I need to get in it to lay down on it to see if it is a deal breaker for me. The ledge to put my phone on is cool. I like that it's king. Wish there was storage under the bed, but understand. Dislike the tv in cab, I'd remove it completely, and just put the tv in bedroom. Kick the kids outside to watch the tv outside or they could lay on bed. I'd make it work. I'd rather be on my phone or tablet than watch tv anyways. I don't like the exterior storage door locks either but I understand keeping costs down.
Suggestion to Matt and Andrea, can you please show the Sleeps # and Seatbelts # in the description? I am needing quick views for Sleeps 7 and has 7 seatbelts if they have units like that. I'm not sure how many have that capacity.

I love the big shower, swivel captain seats, the pantry size, the outside tv, the king sized bed, the double sinks, and the stove w/ an oven. I dislike the small toilet area, but my likes reduce my dislike to not a problem at all. I wish I’d seen the front seats swivel to see if it’s roomy enough for me. I really like this one.

I really wish you could get these in the F Series as opposed to the E Series. I think they look better and, as an Auto Tech for 30+ years they’re easier, hence cheaper, to maintain.
TV is a deal breaker. Hate that TV placement. Also, love the farmhouse look but they are missing the sink. Like the door placement so the passenger seat has room but they need to redesign to have TV in line with couch/theater seats.
I love my 2021 Entegra Odyssey 31f. The beds are great, it's a awesome ride. My favorite part is the bathroom with the leg space. It has been a lifesaver traveling from South Carolina up to Kentucky. :)

Here we go now! So much to like about this one. Fiberglass roof, floor plan, farm house interior, 2 ovens etc. Not much to dislike and the negatives are minor compared to the good things. I like it.
Best Price in America 😉papapam and I love it's bright & spacious inside, lots of storage, great ambiance, great kitchen, great overhead prepped bunk with panoramic skyview, great full bath & nice bedroom...great!👍ping

Wow! For a class C, this storage is really great! I've seen lots of Class A's with less closet space. If they would put a Televator in the dinette, it would be near perfect! Also, if you could put Theater seating it would be awesome! My only other preference would be either a compressor fridge or a smaller residential fridge because either of them is bigger and use less electricity. I'm also not really crazy about the King Sized bed (I know why they do this; most couples love them), but I'm by myself and I have queen linens also, so I'd rather have a queen option. Love the bunk over the cab, love the colors, love the Modern Farmhouse cabinetry, love the enclosed water connections, love the awning. This is a really great Class C motorhome! Love the review Matt and Andrea! Still think you guys are the best!
I love the wet bay on this model. That should be done on 24B as well. Lots of wardrobe storage and nice kitchen. Not fond of TV viewing angles or The spin locks. Matt, thanks for pointing out that the passengers seat reclines fully.
Love this RV. I like the cabinet color contrast from the front to the bedroom. The white or lighter cabinets in the bedroom could possibly inhibit the amount of darkness for sleeping purposes. Make storage drawers under the dinette seating. Love the stove inclusion. Great RV. The Entegra Odyssey is my favorite, but hard to find in Ohio. Thanks guys. You do an awesome job.

I agree with Andrea, the valances don't fit the farm house vibe. I like the windows, which is something you want when you are "camping". I always like when there is a sofa as an option in a smaller RV. I also liked the wet bay. The fridge was nice looking, and that added pantry area is great. Generally, a nice RV. It was fun seeing you guys on, "Less Junk. More Journey" and visa versa.
Positives 1. King size bed!!! 2. passenger seat reclines. 3. All the storage. 3 1/2 Love the large window in the bunk area. 3 3/4 I love all the windows.
Negatives 1. T.V size and placement 2. Is there a new way to do a dinette. Flip out tray table over a couch? 3. Stackable washer and dryer? Is it possible?

Wish they would do the overhead bunk as an option, replace it with storage and a much larger TV. Have a smaller 2 person dinette on the camp side and place an L-shaped sofa where the dinette is. Just my opinion. Thanks Matt and Andrea, we enjoy all your videos.

They need to move the tv, fix the storage under dinnet. Love the new color scheme, love the bunk over the cab and thank you for putting in a bigger shower.

I like the grey/light colors. Tv placement is not great, but maybe it can be adjusted. It has a great wet bay.
Matt and Andrea, I really appreciate your reviews, your enthusiasm, and your approach. It is very insightful and helpful. I like the Integra lay-out and size. Living quarters are very good considering the overall size. Biggest feedback is we need a better game plan for the Primary TV. It needs to be bigger and more into the Coach. Perhaps there is a collapsible frame that can allow it to come out of the bunk area. Maybe that is too much to ask. Thanks for you help with all the reviews! John & Kathleen
I love this! The interior. The layout. The storage. My only dislike is tv placement I absolutely hate the tv over the cab. Other than that it’s an incredible unit. Gorgeous Entegra.
I absolutely love the Entegra Odyssey. I love it so much, I bought the 29K!! it's quality all over and I love being able to walk right on back to the queen bed! I love the new decor/colors. This is an awesome coach. The only think I don't like...no garage for my bikes. I'm gonna have to get a motorcycle trailer. But, that's cool.
I wish it had one full sink instead of split sink.
The three things about this floor plan I love:
The front upper bunk “windshield “ or sky light .
The sliding bedroom door. The accordion room dividers are deal breakers for me.
Full body pain option.
My dislikes are:
No theater seat option for this floor plan.
Would prefer higher quality side hinged aluminum outside storage doors.
This is an in general across the industry complaint; I believe they should all come with a tire pressure monitoring system.
Really like this unit but I wish it competed more against the Dynamax Isata 4/5. It’s too similar to a Greyhawk for me.
Loves: 1) farmhouse interior, 2)kitchen design, 3) king size bed. Dislikes: 1) Not fan of outside tv’s, 2) Hate the inside tv placement, 3) would prefer theater seats instead of sofa. All in all I’m a bigger fan of the Odyssey’s and if I EVER win the lottery I’ll call you! 😁
Likes: Ford F450 chassis, 750lb capacity of over-cab loft, Shower size. Dislikes: Twist-latches on outside storage, TV placement & poor swiveling, 30 amp only one A/C. Great Review you two!! I wish you a Happy and Prosperous New year!!

I agree with your likes and dislikes. As to the TV placement it is no concern to me. When I go camping I don’t seem to watch TV. I think the fold up shelf at the end of the counter could be a couple of inches longer. I like this unit.Happy New Year guys! 🎉

I agree with Andrea about the dinette and sofa colors, they are dull. The other slight negative is small basement storage compartments. I realize it would be hard to have larger storage units in this size rv. Overall I really like the rv, shower size is great and all the nice large windows. Convection microwave plus regular oven and 3 burner Cooktop also pluses. Another great video Matt & Andrea !

I like the floorplan & the farmhouse interior, but hate the TV placement. How about putting a fold down TV in the slide-out over the dinette.
Or you could simply take a free standing TV with you to put on the dinette table when at your night stop, with a cable up to the TV point over the cab. You could store the TV on the bunk when traveling.

Hi here, love love love this one!!!!!!! However, I don’t like the dark colors in the bedroom, keep the Farmhouse look thru out. Don’t like the window treatments and dark blinds. I love the colors in the kitchen with the fridge and love that it has an oven. Love the storage in the bedroom and the weight limit in the over head bunk. I do love this.

Great video! Really disappointed in the the Entegra TV location and had hoped this one would have a televator. Trying to decide between a Thor and Jayco with outside kitchen and decent TV placement

Anytime there is a window in the bathroom it's a plus; however, the window should be facing, looking out while sitting on the commode

Poor, poor, poor , TV location!
Not worried about TV placement. Last on our priority list. Rather have the large windows, dinette and sofa. This RV hits most everything on our Wish List except maybe a pullout tray in cab, on passenger side for laptop, removable pedestal table between swiveled captain chairs. And just a Suggestion....maybe an option for washer/dryer prep in the extra wardrobe closet next to the pantry.

Lots of good to say about this one! But.....maybe a televator over dinette and the wrap around set for the dinette and like mat said different latches for outside doors. Love!!!! 750lb bed wow fantastic and so much storage. Xouguys!!!!💛💯

I love this one ! Make TV removable from bracket with legs and a long cable line . Put it on the table when parked to watch TV . Silver ware drawer would be nice but it’s a real contender !

Thank you for helping me learn the RV industry, I have not owned one yet, but I will this year! I would love to see something like your favorite grouping of RVs for 18-23 ft, 24-28 ft, 29-35, etc. lengths in the different classes, Class B, Class C, etc. The options in each length is so expansive it gets frustrating to know if you are picking a good choice in the length category.
This Rv is nice I live the floor plan of the bath room. Love the shower love the fact for a short motorhome it dies have bath sofa and dinette. Don’t like the Rv where it at. Other than that it’s a great motorhome. Congratulations Matt and Andrea on 97,000 subscribers. I wonder why number of subscribers I was. Just kidding. I love the colors of the interior, king size bed & sofa. I worry about reaching the gray and black release pulls, the Tv position, and the small kitchen.
Hey Matt, love your videos. I really enjoy how you do the prime pooping position. But I would like to see you lay on the jack knife couches when they are in the sleeping position. They just don't look like they would sleep a bigger person comfortably. Keep up the good work. 👍
Andrea is 100% correct about the valances. I love the color scheme except for that.
Wow... I'm not going to stop a 3 of each, this is close to the ideal class C and there's just a few finishing touches to note IMO.
Dislikes/Adjustments-
Interior first: The back half is pretty darn good. Not a huge fan of the fold over bed and the bed on a slide out, but this floor plan gives you a bunch for being under 30'. I think I'd prefer a Queen mattress ack there and more room to move around the bed and access the ward, or to give a touch more space in the kitchen, other than that I don't know how you can do it better in the back half. Bathroom is great layout, although a touch more storage for towels would be nice. Front of the coach is a different story. If you are going with a convection micro, drop the oven and put in another drawer. We've used the oven in our travel trailer all of 3 times in the nearly ten years we've had it....we could have gotten buy without it, especially if we had a convection microwave. The tilt up countertop extension should be larger. I'd prefer it to be flush....it can be done with virtually no price increase. Big issue I have is there's no place for a trash can in the kitchen...cut a hole in the countertop towards the drivers side exterior wall next to the sink and put an access door in the slide out wall would be the easiest fix here. I'd like to see a compressor fridge the same size in this unit. REALLY wish there was two AC's on this unit. The Jayco does it, why not here? The TV placement is a disaster!!! The toughest option that may not even work would be to swap the dinette and couch. This way the a larger TV could be mounted on the wall behind the dinette on a swing arm. Bonus is the sofa/front seat becomes a living room of sorts. I think the Thor 27 has this layout, but I hate the single slide. You could also shrink the dinette a touch an put the TV in a slide up mount at the end of the table. I think Winnebago does this in some of their Class A's. We rarely watch TV when camping, so I don't think this is a deal breaker for a weekend rig....but it REALLY sucks where it is now. Really wish there was an option for a flip up bunk bed couch in these. I'd rather have than a jackknife.
Exterior: Wish there was a place for an outdoor kitchen... Wet bay is nice, although it should use a pneumatic stay and have a mount for the shower to be used as a shower or hand wash. I will say these door should have some sort of alternate latch on them...if not a slam latch, there are other options between the crappy one's they' reusing and the slam latches. At this price point I will tolerate the crappy doors and the non decaled vent covers, but Entegra needs to do better on the exterior door latches.
Here is a biggie for me....we have to be able to tow with an RV. As such I really wish the wheelbase was another 12-18" longer. It would make the unit way more stable when towing a 5-7k enclosed trailer. Also wish Ford would put the 10 speed in these units instead of the 6 speed. Wish there was a E-550 chassis still for a bit more cargo capacity but 2k isn't too bad.
Love the front cap and windshield....it helps make the unit seem may bigger inside. The E-450 is a solid chassis and the 7.3 is a great engine for these. Like the two tone cabinets inside, although I'd probably prefer a less white cabinet in the front. The unit is the right size and packs a huge punch for what it is....the front half just needs a touch more sorting before I order one. Love that it's a 30A coach. It's almost there, just hope Jayco doesn't keep pushing the Odyssey down market further.
Love that the step up into the shower is a short one.

Honestly, this is my dream RV, out of all the ones I've seen.

The things I like:
1- The bunk area
2- The side cameras
3- Nice space in the hallway with the slide in.
The things I dislike:
1- The couch and TV position
2- Small Kitchen
3- Have to remove the dinette cushions to get to storage underneath.
I do like this floor plan however it is priced at the entry level of some Class A motorhomes.
Things I like: I like that it is so accessible when the slides are in; I like that you can see back and sides with the camera; I love the weight capacity for the bunk over the cab. Things I don't like: I'm not crazy about the small TV but it may look better in person. On camera it looks too small to see from the sofa.
If I was going to buy a Class C right now this is the rig I would definitely buy.
Love that this can tow 7500lbs. Finally, Something that can tow a race trailer without being a diesel pusher.

Please do a video on slide out reliability/dependability. Also, what service is required on slide outs to maintain them. What typically fails and what are the typical cost to repair slide outs and how loooong would it be in for repair waiting for parts. I’m new to RV’ing and that’s my biggest concern on these. The more that moves I fear the more that can fail and cost$$$ But I don’t know...
There should be drawers below each dinette bench.

We have been complaining about the location of the TV in these Entegras for a while but, they don't get it so I wouldn't buy one.

I Absolutely LOVE this floor plan! The only exception is the TV as noted everywhere!
My concerns we the weight of the slide with the kitchen on it. Another thing I would change is the bed placement. They could. Have flipped the storage for the bed... making the bed north south and not a fold out.
Love the kitchen!!!! Especially the sink placement which gives more counter room. The tower of power is super nice along with the flip us counter.
This is the first class c that I would ever buy. Flipping the dinette with the sofa and placing the tv in the corner by the refrigerator would give perfect Tv placement if you moved the door by the passenger seat. However, I would still buy this unit and my hubby would figure out a mod for the tv.

I dont like the tv placement in seating area. I would rather have a one piece master bed. Very spacious!
Queen bed, recliner chairs. No bedroom slide so there is a big storage area in the back. I LOVE the swivel chairs and I think the door placement is great so the captain chairs can swivel and recline. We are getting older so heavy lifting storage or bed prep is a hard no. Pull out drawers on the dinette would be good (but this set looks hard and uncomfy!!😕)
Matt, the entry door IS in the same place on the Esteem 27U.
All the things I dislike are handled in the Esteem version (which I own). If price was an issue, this one gives you the great floor plan but I prefer the extras in the Esteem version.
I do like that they put a convection microwave in this one. Standard microwave oven in the Esteem (at least in my 2020) but it is a great size, at least.

Great RV! Well designed and priced...don’t care about TV placement. Wished it had the “doggy window”. Could one of those storage areas be converted to washer/dryer? That would make it spectacular!!
