      Hii किसी को ovethinking होती है जैसे छोटी छोटी बातो को लेकर सोचने लगता सोचते ही रह जाना की यैसे करेगे वैसे करेगे ये करुगा तो ठीक रहेगा वो करूंगा तो ठीक रहेगा। दिमाग में बिना मतलब के फोटो या कुछ विडियो जैसे चलता हो। कभी कभी डर जैसा बैठ जाता हो। मन बेचैन जैसे हो जाता हो। बार बार किसी बात को repet करना या खुद को अकेले में समझना या बात करना पैसा कुछ होता है। क्या तो plz dm kare kiuki mere ko bhi hota hai

    Sir, mujhe mental illness hai me bahut preshan,dukhi, stress, depressed, or bahut anxiety me rehta hu.
    Problem-
    Ye batteries kharab hai.
