- Is the new Lost In Space series on Netflix worth watching? Based on the original series from the 1960s, Lost In Space follows the Robinsons. The show centers around their youngest child Will and a robot. In this video I review the series and give you my final rating.

I grew up on the original which was about Family making the best of what happens in Space... I tried to watch the first season, but it was nothing but Family conflict. Plus the Robot was an alien and not mechanical, so as you can tell I never gave it a chance... LIVE LONG the original!
I should try watching the original.
The 1st and 3rd Season are the best... the 2nd was a bit campy...(because of Batman)@@ramonbmovies
I'm just curious. What is your idea of what is your idea of good quality contemporary none completely fantastic sci-fi. ?
In terms of sci-fi, Blade Runner 2049. I also recently finished "Bodies," a limited series which has fantastic acting, especially the main characters in the 1890 and 1941 timelines. There's also Russian Doll and The Umbrella Academy, neither of which get a perfect 10 but still get high marks from me.
And I'm currently working on a review of a war series made around 2001 but is still relevant today and which I pretty much give a perfect 10. Stay tuned for that one.
