Thoughtful Episode. Made me thinking back to my life of 25 yrs.❤ Entho engeyo lag aayithaa namma life lee apidi n yosika aaaranbichitteen episode mudichathumeee
Mr.Suriya always mention “Safety Net” in some of previous podcasts..but here it is perfect 🔥🔥 on funny note, let’s imagine in Suriya’s voice “Thambi life la philosophy irukalam aana lifeae philosophy ya iruka kodathu, yen na life than modala vanthuchi athuku aparam life la iruthu philosophy vanthuchi”
Cheer up Ritesh! Most of us here seldom keep self love in our priority list. Even I am one among them. It hits u too hard when u realize what u had been doing to u for a very long time. Glad u vented it out here in this space and felt better. I think we must make it a point to keep a check on ourselves every now and then. We can also extend this to our loved ones in our family when they struggle not to be hard on themselves. I think what MK's mom feels seems to be a perfect eye opener for everyone. What can we do ? 1. Every family member or rather a friend must be aware of what the other enjoys to the core as an individual. 2. Gentle reminder to be given if they got stuck with things 3. Help with situations or opportunities for them to explore ( I would suggest travelling for MK's mom if she loves to) 4. Let's pass on this to the next generation when they are capable of understanding. It's meant to be a default quality as an individual. Let's all grow together and help each other out too. Cheers guys !
Thank you so much for this! 🙏 Those are beautiful points. We should always look out for eachother, especially our close ones. Mental health is extremely important. It should never be overlooked. Thank you for appreciating the conversation! We are so grateful for the minds that gather to watch our podcast! We'll grow together for sure! It will be nice to push meaningful things into our people's psyche.
My current situation is soooooo relative with ur podcasts 😭 I'm tooo stucked in philosophy and every one rejecting my ideas it's ok for me every one rejecting me😢 atleast உங்களது mathiri humans irukruthanala konjam strong ah iruka unga podcast was very useful for me really happy to watch ❤
@12:30 You’re not alone @Ritesh We can feel it and it’s okay to have some genuine tears for yourself !! realising this Idhuvum part of Self love dhan !!
Another thoughtful episode. Few years back I was in confused state. Doing 3 4 things together, want to do all things which ever inspires me or engage me. After some time I felt like I am not good enough, I am not getting that fulfillment. That time my frd said that Either you can be average in all or you can be master in one. So choose want you want, what you need, prioritize that. Still now i stick with that. After hearing Suriya's Pov i think even we are at average level for long period we can achieve our goal, consistency matters.
@@Bavithrarockzz we can either be 150% in one thing or 80% in multiple things. We definitely need to make that decision. Both has its own set of sacrifices. - we can choose our sacrifices. Consistency will definitely help and we need patience and perseverance. But please take care of yourself in the process!
