Health Equity at Children’s Health aims to help all patients achieve their highest level of health by providing access to tools, resources and high-quality care they need to thrive today and in the future. Our Health Equity team identifies and addresses disparities and challenges for patients through social determinants of health screening and leads programs that remove barriers to our pediatric subspecialty clinics, specifically for children in vulnerable communities. By recognizing health disparities, we can continue our mission to make life better for children.
