Bob Marley was not only a singer. But a messenger . All Bob Marley music we are facing it now in this world.
He warned “don’t make a politician grant you a favour, they will only want to control you forever.”
an angel on the earth, he came and done his bit then gone. All people of God never last long on earth.
@@fabongouwhy does this acc seem to be true 🤧
@@fabongou absolutely agreed !!
This Lively Up Yourself is amazing 🥲 The way he changed up the songs, lyrics, tempo, etc. was brilliant! Not many artists put in the effort to constantly reinvent their material. It breaks my heart to think how much more his prophetic voice would’ve brought us.
can we just appreciate the bass by aston barret

The sound engineer on that night is a genius
Fantastic Sound!
This is a true testament that Bob, Peter and The Wailers did not just bust out big! But they plowed hard to grow and mature their musical skills.
They had been together for 10+ years at this point.
carlton barret master of the drums, one of the most underrated drummers in the history,
Carlton Barret, the sound of reggae !
A bit like Miles Davis cool jazz : sober, right stuff at the right time.
Carlton Bennett IS definitely the most underrated drummer in history. If you dive deep into his catalogue of music and career, I think you'll be thoroughly amazed.

Good reggae isn't slow, it's precisely on time.
@@erwancrouan2771 I always thought the reggae drumming style was the coolest next to Jazz
This man was the right hand of God. Always has. Always will. He is the messenger!
Bob's earlier songs were raw and pure.

Give praise to the UA-cam algorithm for suggesting this out of the blue! Loved the Wailers since the late 70s when I was a kid. Never heard this. GOLD
Lllll😊😮😅😅😮😮😅😅😊😮😮😢
Love you 4 ever GOD bless you❤
Peter's presence was extremely important to Bob's journey as a man and as a musician..i compare them just like the sun and the moon...each of them had an important role and together they could reach lots of people's soul....I give thanks to Jah for putting them in this world
Jah!
i feel the same, it was so a shame that later peter leave the wailers with bunny wailer. Definitly a trio that was pure fireeee JAH
dont forget bunny
They are still living among us because we are immortal some how; however, we had failed to carry on our perfection that is the only reason , we cannot see them still, but if we linsten carefully we will hear and feel them. They are right now in the othe dimension that our naked eyes couldn't perceive.
Ricky M.V so true
this is uplifting inspirational views should be a billion for every Bob Marley videos and songs
For a recording done in 1973, the sound quality is out of this world. If anyone can tell me any other music genre with a better bass line than deep roots reggae, I'm all ears. Respect man.

Brother Bob Marley you gone but your music will never die. Jah Rastafarian.

Everytime i listen to this piece..it comes to my mind that ince there was a musucal angel sent to this world and we who knows can feel the works of this Angel behind Bob Marley's music..listen to the lead guitar you will know him Brother Peter Tosh..who deeply know Reggae music overstand it.
The real Wailers. Musically Authentic. One best of all the live shows.
This is just sublime. The sound quality, for a show recorded in 1973, is absolutely outrageous.
What you're hearing is the beautiful sound of analogue. Also The Wailers were the heaviest and tightest band ever and each member was an expert at his craft.
Beautiful...priceless

Great to hear Peter n Bob together ...
The truth about Bob marley songs is just so real. I l leave to see the words about his songs is so touching and it’s really happening.
I just ❤️❤️❤️❤️ bob Marley songs . Much ❤️ for brother Bob Marley.
We could only dream of an accompanying video of this show!
Amazing performance indeed.
As when I saw him with I Threes in Miami Jai Lai towards the end.
Even met him once!
My very favorite Marley's recordings are those from EARLY days (when Tosh was with him), there is such TENSION in these versions, I am looking all over for these recordings.
Bob's voice is at its absolute top, he sounds so free, for exemple, the ending of "Burnin' and Lootin'" here (around 18:00) is such a WONDER!
Agree him and tosh were 1
Check out the Rainbow gig in London! Sound quality just as decent.
Babylon by Bus as well and the Paris gig in 1980.
I am sure you can still find these recordings online.
Worthy of owning if you are a fan of Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer.
If you want to listen to a gig which will transport you INTO the audience? Check out 1975-06-10, Live At Quiet Knight Club, Chicago ☝🏾🌍🙏🏾❤💛💚
PEAK WAILERS! The bass, the drums, the leads, the percs, the backing, the riddim, the vocals. EVERYTHING!
Everyone got the b side, but Bob Marley only got the a side(Number 1)never have heard a singer like this in perfection ❤️

WOW! this is root! rythms are not the same than the Wailers in the late 70's and 80's (faster , more like the late 60's) and so much better for my taste. The sound is just peeerfect. A great THANKS for sharing!!

WAILWERS! NOT Bob and no BOMBOCLATH wailers😮
Thank you. A new favourite for forever. Bob Marley's music saves my soul over n over and this is brilliant.
Much Thanks for this posting. Made my day. Music to heal the soul.
He was 27-28 yrs old at the time of this recording.
You can hear his timbre, resonance, trait, and quality when he skats.
You can hear that he was experimenting with his voice and vocals with texture, quality quantity, balance, and taste.
You can still hear his youthfulness in this recording
By 75-78 his voice was primed - it matured like wine or ganjah! by 79-80 when he took the whole world.
Yes he had an amazing voice!! Bunny and Bob were no slouches either but he was 29 here and shortly thereafter he came with Word, Sound and Power and beginning with "Legalize it" released a series of legendary reggae records that have stood the test of time and haven't been overplayed like some reggae records.. Steppin razor!! Bless up!!
