When u forget your ND, you're unable to properly control exposure, so u end up cranking the F-stop higher. Higher F-stop - no motion blur captured, so u end up having to mimick motion blur in post.

F-stop has nothing to do with motion blur man. It's shutter speed that matters, we also call that shuttle angle in film. @@goshorts
