Except for the Korean government scholarship, which is not available to Algerian undergraduate students. Because I don't have money and my dream is to study at Sookmyung Women's University but since undergraduate students are not allowed to apply I feel frustrated and I can't give up my dream that easily So please can you advise me universities that offer fully funded scholarships? I have already found a university wich is *GIST* but it does not offer a psychology major
There might be university specific scholarships that could cover more than just tuition but for that you need to search every respective university's website. Also, try emailing them asking about the same. Most of the universities have an office of international affairs that deals with scholarships, admission and other things for international students so contacting them would certainly help.

You can apply in September 2024. Also, BBA is available or not can be checked from previous year university information. Visit the studyinkorea website to download the 2024 GKS-G guidelines and other attachments and check them out.

Well, job search has to be done on your own. You can search on LinkedIn or other websites like Saramin, Craiglist Seoul. Engineering has good scope in Korea.

You need to apply for the next cohort then. If there's any change in the guidelines, same can be checked in Feb 2024.

Then you can apply in 2025 February as per the last guidelines. If there's any change in the guidelines, the same can be checked in Feb 2024.

You can only skip language training if you have TOPIK level 5 or 6.
