Lawrence Teo Division - LNY Gathering 2018

It was an afternoon of fun and laughter as we gather to celebrate each other's success in 2017, as we usher into the new year as a team.
This year, it means more to everyone associated with #LawrenceTeoDivision because we had celebrated 2 promotions in the span of 10months. We are now at proud Division under the Group District level!
These achievements are a true reflection of the hard work put in by the leaders of #PNG & #Propnex, giving each and everyone of us the right support and tools, a fantastic platform to excel, coupled with a very clear direction, year after year. There is just an endless flow of trainings, courses, bootcamps and sharing sessions by various self-less Project leaders, producers and leaders.
The cohesiveness and culture within #LTD also ensure that no one is being left behind. Our producers are often ready to share with the rest, may it b during our monthly sharing sessions, or just over a coffee session with a few other guys. Our leader Lawrence is always ready to do a 1-to-1 mentorship no matter how many tiers one is under him despite his busy schedule. Just like this event, members will contribute together to make sure events and group initiatives are run properly and efficiently. When everyone is willing to support each other and grow together, there's more joy and meaning to the work that we are doing‼️
