Custom Shure SM58

Want to customise your Shure SM58, or any other microphone for that matter? Well you've come to the right place.
All you need is spray paint. Un-screw the end of your SM58, remove the foam pop shield inside, then spray and leave for 24-48 hours to dry. Once it's dry, put the foam back in, screw the end back on and BOOM, you have a custom Shure SM58.

Did you sand the microphone before painting it, and was there any issue when painting the grill where the paint filled in the holes?

Although we bought from eBay, they do coloured ones too, the quality is a bit rubbish. So when they break or wear off ... I'll definitely spray the stock one. We got colours to match the colour palette of our album... Just a nice touch on stage
