There is nothing more peaceful to me than making a doily. This tutorial is perfect because I can follow along without audio while listening to a podcast or with a TV show on in the background. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful pattern with excellent instructions!
Just finished my first doily thanks to your tutorial! It was very easy to understand, I liked that I could see what you did but also follow the pattern with the text. Thank you so much!! 🧶💕
I made this as the middle part of a dreamcatcher , which is a gift for my grandmother. My grandmother used to crochet all the time..every corner other home is covered with some doily. I wanted to show her how it inspired me to learn crochet . The tutorial is great Thank you @kristines . It came out very very amazing.

Muito lindo este trabalho, assim como todos os outros que encontrei na internet.... esta maneira de explicar escrevendo a sequência de cada carreira, é espetacular. A música de fundo também é muito relaxante! Parabéns! Sou do Brasil!
Merci !!! TRES bien expliqué et tout aussi bien filmé ! A nouveau, merci. Je l'ai réalisé et il est très beau ! j'en referai d'autres pour les copines ...

A partir du round 9, je n’arrive plus, c’est difficile pour moi. Dommage ce travail est très beau, Côme tout ce que vous faites. Merci pour vos partages
It was alil difficult for me. But I figured it out. Took me 2 days. Could've finished in 1, but too many distractions. Mine isn't as pretty as urs cause I used a #3 crochet thread. It's was alil stiff, but all I had on hand.
I've made six doilies like this💙 Thank you so much. I have a question I want to make smaller ones by using the same yarn how could I do it? Because I tried to but it didn't work out May you help me out?
You can make a smaller doily by crocheting 9 rounds instead of 11. Work the doily until you finish Round 7. Then for Round 8: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, 8dc into next ch3 space, 1sc into next ch5 space, (ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, 8dc into next ch3 space, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 11 times around. Join with ch2 + 1dc into first sc. For Round 9: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch5, skip next 2 sts, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip next st., 1sc into next st., ch2, ch3picot, ch2, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip 1 st., 1sc into next st., ch5, (1sc into next ch5 space, ch5, skip next 2 sts, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip next st., 1sc into next st., ch2, ch3picot, ch2, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip next st., 1sc into next st., ch5)* repeat 11 times around. Join with a sl st. into first sc. Let me know how it goes! 😉

What size hook
I've made six doilies like this💙
Thank you so much.
I have a question I want to make smaller ones by using the same yarn how could I do it? Because I tried to but it didn't work out
May you help me out?
Try using smaller hook
You can make a smaller doily by crocheting 9 rounds instead of 11.
Work the doily until you finish Round 7. Then for Round 8: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, 8dc into next ch3 space, 1sc into next ch5 space,
(ch5, 1sc into next ch5 space, 8dc into next ch3 space, 1sc into next ch5 space)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with ch2 + 1dc into first sc.
For Round 9: ch1, 1sc into that (ch2 + 1dc) space of the previous round, ch5, skip next 2 sts, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip next st., 1sc into next st., ch2, ch3picot, ch2, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip 1 st., 1sc into next st., ch5,
(1sc into next ch5 space, ch5, skip next 2 sts, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip next st., 1sc into next st., ch2, ch3picot, ch2, 1sc into next st., ch4, skip next st., 1sc into next st., ch5)* repeat 11 times around.
Join with a sl st. into first sc.
Let me know how it goes! 😉
@@KristinesCrochets Thank you so much 💙
I will! Thankssss 💙
Is it round 4 n round 5 is identical?
Is there an error in row 7 with the skipping only 4 spaces??? Or am I reading it wrong? ( I’m new to crocheting 😊)
Lovely.
Thank you! 🙂
What an amazing doily! Will you be sharing the written pattern as well? 😘😘
Thank you! 🥰

Yes, of course 😉
Thank so much for reply
I just wrote down ur this video pattern
Now I’m going to start
😀
After completing where can I post my pic so that u can see my work
You're welcome.😉 You can post the picture on my facebook page facebook.com/kristines.crochets/
Butiful doily...but I found it hard, esp last 3 or 4 rows...phew ...
Taking a break from this one....😅
Would you happen to know why my doily curls in on itself even after I’ve tried it with a looser crochet? 😭
The doily might curl up at some points of making it. It should flatten back down when further rounds are done.
I don't know what I've done wrong but my shells row ended up curling its like I've done too many
What color is this?
It's Nako Fiore 11526 (Pink Coral).
wow! excellent work.crochet sall bag want to learn.pl
