No it'll compete with d2, which would make people not play it at all, they know what they're doing, they've worked on this for more than 5 years. Maybe in the future they'll invest, but it's stupid to do that right out of the box.
Besides they already said this game's main target are newcomers that mostly play mobile game. Also the game wouldn't work for PC due to its Stamina Meter
