    Is there a benefit to putting the sugar into the lemon juice instead of heating the sugar with the cream? thanks for your reply, You and another person follow this process and I am curious as to why. Thanks very much.

    Tried it today. Very nice, slightly to sweet though.would cut down slightly on lemon juice and suger. Shortbread biscuits are beautiful added drop of vanilla and almond essence and weighed off at 30g. Looking foward to trying out the buttermilk panna cotta soon.

      Hey Paul, thank you for giving the recipe a try!! Yes you can always reduce the sugar content of the recipe if you prefer it a little less sweet 😃👍 The biscuits sound great with the vanilla and almond essence!

    This was delicious. Only made the lemon posset component, but it really was incredible! Didn't realise it was simple :)
