I love intermittent fasting and have been eating mostly OMAD since June 2020. Even though OMAD is my standard, I love being flexible in my schedule and will at times have variations to keep things interesting. I have lost weight, got into a healthy weight range for my height and maintained the weight loss for over 3 years! I love to share the flexibility and peace offered through intermittent fasting.

I freeze cookie dough. I make the dough and then use a melon baller and make them into portions. Then I put them on a cookie sheet and freeze them. Once they are frozen I put them in a zip lock bag and keep them in the freezer. So if I want one or two of them I take that amount out. I let them thaw for 30 minutes and bake them. They taste like freshly made cookies. Delicious!

Excellent talk ... learning more about this way. I'm am an IF but count calories ... just can't get away from it ... but would like to!!
I understand about counting calories. I had counted them for so long and then I forced myself to stop...it was VERY SCARY for me but now I am feeling so much free and eating like a normal person without fear. I do 36hr fasts twice a week and then whatever suits the rest of the week. No doubt you'll take the leap away from calories at the right time😊
