I m diagnosed with ibs.. And doctor give me this tablet and tell me to increase dose if I didn't get change in ibs condition.. Now I 'm taking 3 tablets in one dose.. But I didn't notice any change.. Can I further increase my dose..?? How much tablets should I have to take in one dose..???

Generally doctor suggest this medicine in bed time bcoz isse thoda neend jaisi bhi aati hai.
As I know This is very good composition. It takes 2 weeks to 4 weeks to work thereafter works fine. It should be taken 2 to 3 hours before bed time to wake up fresh in the morning. Also It can be taken before meal or after meal at bed time.
Moreover-
Pls try to take diet which contains serotonin like Wallnut/Almond/Banana/Egg/Seed of Sun Flower/Milk/optimum source of protein.
- Chatting of 🕉 works fine to relieve Stress, Anxiety, Depression etc.
Pls try to approach more natural ways at the same time.

I just started taking Amitriptyline (10mg) for my headaches and occasional migraines, as well as trouble sleeping. I will keep you all updated! My neurologist recommended me to take up to 50mg if needed. There have been days I’ve increased my dose to 20mg-30mg.

I have a gastric problem from last 7-8 years and had ulcer last two years back since though my ulcer got treated but i am still having burning issue in my stomach...
