1991-1992 European Cup: UC Sampdoria All Goals (Road to the Final)

All the goals scored by UC Sampdoria, runner-up of the 1991/92 European Cup. Sampdoria reached the final overcoming Rosenborg, Budapest Honvéd, Red Star Belgrade, Anderlecht and Panathinaikos, losing the final to Barcelona. That team was coached by Vujadin Boškov. Gianluca Vialli was the team topscorer, with 6 goals.

Wrong. European Champions Cup was the name, abbreviated European Cup, you are right tho with that was the first test year with Groups and more teams, but the name was still European Cup. It changed in season 1992-1993 to Champions League. 1991-92 was the tournament's last edition before it was re-branded as the UEFA Champions League.

@@champosvezast.v.4355 No, this was not the first year of the Champions League. That was the year after this. This was the last year of the European Cup (NOT the same thing as the UEFA Cup).
